Seminario Innovación Alimentaria

Hacer de Chile una potencia alimentaria mundial constituye el nuevo desafío del sector agropecuario chileno. Para que las empresas puedan ser competitivas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, deben ser capaces de agregar valor a través de la innovación.

Es importante saber que hay que Innovar, pero más importante es saber cómo hacerlo. Una respuesta es conocer como lo hacen los líderes mundiales de Innovación.

Empresas como Procter & Gamble, Masterfoods o Linde, han confiado sus estrategias de innovación a la empresa Creax, donde su fundador Simón Dewulf, ha diseñado las más avanzadas metodologías de innovación asociadas a la industria agroalimentaria.

Durante este seminario se presentará la metodología y herramientas desarrolladas por Creax, entre las que se encuentra Food Pairing, herramienta en la que gracias al análisis químico de alimentos, especies y bebidas nos muestran la afinidad que hay entre alimentos para combinarlos y también con que otros podemos sustituirlos.

La Universidad San Sebastian, la Corporación de Empresarios Emprendedores (PymeGlobal) y Walker Diseño se han asociado para traer a Chile a Simón Dewulf, y brindar a un grupo de empresas chilenas la oportunidad de participar en este Seminario.

Las inscripciones se cierran el 9 de Octubre y deben dirigirse a beastorga@trizchile.com.
