ESCUELA DE DISEÑO IMPORTA A CHILE INNOVADORA METODOLOGÍA TRIZ
Un equipo de académicos de la Escuela de Diseño de la Universidad San Sebastián, encabezado por el Director Rodrigo Walker e integrado por Oscar Tromben, consultor de innovación en empresas, y Etienne Lefranc, viajó a Bélgica para visitar la empresa CREAX, ubicada en el pueblo de Ieppe.
Allí participaron en un profundo entrenamiento para la adquisición de un conjunto de métodos y herramientas para la gestión de procesos de innovación e invención, denominado TRIZ.
Se trata de una metodología que ha sido perfeccionada durante los últimos 8 años por la empresa CREAX, modernizándola en el mundo digital, y que consiste en un conjunto de herramientas basadas en modelos para la generación de ideas y soluciones innovadoras para resolver problemas de productos y servicios de distintas áreas, como la ingeniería, el marketing, los mercados, entre otros.
